If you already registered for the conference please let the TDS staff know if you would like a refund of your registration fees, or if you would like that registration fee to be deferred to the Fall 2020 meeting in Bastrop from September 25-26.

Exhibitor Information

Although the Spring 2020 Meeting has been cancelled you can still reserve exhibit space at the 2020 Fall Meeting in Bastrop!

Since the meeting has been cancelled, the abstract competition is also cancelled. 

All applications will be ineligible and when we  open the abstract application for the fall meeting,  you can resubmit what you submitted for the spring meeting.

We will be refunding those who went ahead and paid for their $20 poster fee.
