You are invited to be a part of TDS' exceptional 2021 meetings! TDS gives you the opportunity to sign up to exhibit for both the 2021 Spring and Fall conferences at the same time. Knowing that budgets and calendars are determined well in advance of the conferences, we would like to give you the opportunity to plan ahead.
The TDS is hoping to have this Spring 2021 conference in person in Galveston at the Moody Gardens Hotel! However, the TDS board will be closely monitoring the recommendations from state and federal officials regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. Once the date gets closer, the TDS board will making a decision on how to best move forward. Should the TDS need to move to a virtual format for the Spring 2021 conference, exhibitors will have the choice to move to virtual, receive a refund or transfer their fees to the Fall 2021 conference.
How do I reserve my booth?
An email was sent to all TDS Exhibitors with an auto-login registration link. If you received it, please use the link(s) provided in the email to register online. You must use the auto-login link to register online. If you did not receive an email from TDS, please complete the Exhibit Application
and return to, firstname.lastname@example.org
If paying by check, you must print and complete the Exhibit Application
and return to the TDS Business Office. Please note: Online registration requires a credit card payment.
The TDS expo hall(s) sells out quickly - don't delay in reserving your booth today! We will not hold exhibit booth space without a completed Exhibit Application
