Arlington, TX
Our busy practice is located in Arlington, Texas, central to the Dallas/ Fort Worth Metroplex. Our office is close to the new Dallas Cowboys football stadium and the Texas Rangers Ballpark. We are just 10 miles from DFW International Airport. Our diverse patient base comes from both Tarrant and Dallas Counties.
Our dermatology practice is led by Angela Yen Moore, MD, who is a boarded dermatologist and dermatopathologist. Dr. Moore has been practicing dermatology since 1997 and started Arlington Center for Dermatology (www.acderm.com) in 2001. After graduating from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, she completed her dermatology and dermatopathology residencies at University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston. Dr. Moore is previous President of the Arlington Medical Society, is currently Secretary of the Fort Worth Dermatological Society, and is active in her local church. She has been named as Super Doctor by Texas Monthly Magazine. In addition to patient care, Dr. Moore performs dermatology clinical trials and still does collaborative translational research.
We have one physician assistant and one nurse practitioner. Our patient base is diverse, including children, adults, and seniors. With a strong reputation for our medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology as well as a referral pattern not only from local physicians but also self-referrals from patients, we would easily be able to fill a new dermatologist’s schedule. We have a 6000 square foot office with 15 exam rooms.
Our staff is well trained and friendly. You would have ample support from qualified and efficient medical, billing and front office staff. We have been using EclinicalWorks as an EMR system since 2004. We are primarily a medical and surgical dermatology practice but have a healthy cosmetic dermatology patient base, providing such cosmetic services as Thermage, Botox, fillers, peels, sclerotherapy, Aramis, to name a few.
We are looking for a general dermatologist and would be open to someone who also has dermatopathology and/or Mohs credentials. Salary and schedule are negotiable with potential partnership opportunity for either full-time or part-time positions.
